Chocolate Films is looking for an Account Manager (London)
We’re looking for an account manager who is passionate about helping grow and develop Chocolate Films. The right person will be passionate about both producing impactful video content and inspiring video workshops to encourage the next generation. They will have proven experience (2 years minimum) working within video content creation and project management and/or education. And ideally, they should be passionate about art, culture and heritage.
WHAT IS CHOCOLATE FILMS?
At Chocolate Films, we produce video content for museums, art galleries, charities and corporate clients, with an exciting and inspiring client list. Chocolate FIlms has been run as a social enterprise ever since it was founded in 2001. We use profits from our video production services to support a wide range of filmmaking experiences for children, young people and vulnerable adults.
WHAT DOES THE JOB ENTAIL?
This is a wide-ranging job that includes:
WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR IN A CANDIDATE?
A COMMUNICATOR. Your role will be to answer new enquiries, develop and maintain client relationships, and to work with our filmmakers to help them create their best work. So, you’ll need to be a good writer, talker and listener.
AN ORGANISER. You’ll be working on many several projects concurrently, so you’ll need to be able to manage your time to make sure you hit deadlines and budgets. And you’ll need to use platforms such as Basecamp, Hubspot and more to ensure that projects are easy for others to understand and access.
A CHANGEMAKER. Our workshops and our productions are equally important to the organisation. We look for people who believe the media industry should be more open, equal and diverse and want to do something about it.

RATE: £26,000 – 30,000pa depending on experience + 20 days holidays
Duration: Permanent Full time position (with an initial 6 month trial/ probation period)
