Chocolate Films is looking for an Assistant Project Manager.

 

Chocolate Films is an award winning independent video production company and a social enterprise.

 

We create video content for brands as diverse as Big Issue, Jeep and Barclays and produce films for the arts and culture sector clients such as TATE, British Museum and National Gallery.  

 

We are looking for an Assistant Project Manager to work alongside the Directors and Project Managers. Key responsibilities include:

  • Answering telephones and responding to web-based enquiries.
  • Working with project managers to develop proposals and tender bids
  • Supporting the team in managing video production projects (organising travel, creating call sheets and movement orders etc)
  • General office duties
  • Being an advocate for Chocolate Films and promoting the productions through social media and press
  • Creating and uploading content to the Chocolate Films website
  • Updating the social media and websites for Chocolate Films with new films and information about projects.
  • Assisting with the organisation of screenings and events.

 

KEY SKILLS

Cloud-based project management software: Basecamp, Highrise, Google Drive
Social Media: Hootsuite, Youtube, Vimeo, Twitter, Facebook, Instagram
CMS: WordPress

 

THE PERSON:

We are looking for someone with a positive attitude and good problem-solving and multitasking skills. Excellent sales and communication skills are essential, confidence working in a team, with a creative flair.

 

RATE: £18,500 – 20,000pa + 20 days holidays

 

Duration: Permanent Full time position (with an initial 3 month trial/ probation period)

 

Regular working week Monday to Friday 9am – 5.30pm, but flexibility essential. Time off in lieu offered.
