Job Description

Chocolate Films is a video production company based in Battersea.

We create video content for museums, galleries, charities and corporate clients. We produce the award-winning web series, 1000 Londoners. We provide a wide range of filmmaking experiences for children, young people and adults.

We are looking to develop a digital marketing team to work with us to promote our brands online and on social media. The ideal candidate will be someone that is energetic, positive and creative. They need to be passionate about the work we do and able to work closely with our production team to develop our work to different audiences.

We are looking for a Digital Marketer with experience in running digital campaigns, including planning, implementing and tracking Google Adwords and Facebook advertising campaigns.  He/she must have strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking, with demonstrable experience of using social listening tools and Google Analytics. He/she must be up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and analytics. He/she must be a user of email marketing platform and have experience with managing CRMs.

He/she must have creative awareness, a sensibility for video production and filming services, and a knowledge of museums, galleries and the heritage and cultural sector. He/she must also enjoy brainstorming ideas and concepts to create engaging campaigns and content. He/she will need and interest and passion for delivering SEO & PPC campaigns, strong analytical skills with a commercial awareness and experience in developing and managing a digital marketing strategy and contributing to the shape of the messaging and protecting the integrity of our clients brands.

He/she will work closely with the Directors and project managers to create and implement marketing campaigns. He/she will implement and manage PPC SEO and other digital marketing paid advertising platforms to achieve annual objectives. He/she will also monitor industry trends, plan for peak seasons with promotional calendars and create innovative digital campaigns. He/she will be tasked with expanding our social media presence across existing and new channels, driving more engagement and conversion. He/she will be responsible for ensuring all campaigns are tracked and evaluated.


Payment: £22,000 – £25,000
Duration: Permanent Full time position (with an initial 3 month trial/ probation period)

Regular working week Monday to Friday 9am – 5.30pm, but flexibility essential. Time off in lieu offered.
