In May 2022, we produced a video for the recruitment agency, Taylor Hopkinson. Taylor Hopkinson has joined forces with Brunel and the goal for this campaign was to raise awareness of Taylor Hopkinson’s and Brunel’s combined capabilities and promote how they can help candidates move into a more sustainable career. This was done through engaging storytelling and eye-catching content on different social media platforms.
The target audience were candidates who currently work in oil and gas or other aligned sectors (aerospace, automotive, traditional energy) with the scope to transfer into renewables or candidates looking for new opportunities within the sustainability industry.
Communicating a strong vision through visual storytelling
The promo video should catch candidates’ attention right away and make them feel inspired and motivated to start a career in renewable energy. The video combines on-screen text and voiceover. We wanted to keep a good balance between motion graphics and live-action footage to make the video engaging and inspiring.
Our team also produced a selection of outputs for Taylor Hopkinson’s various social media platforms and pulled stills from the film to use across the campaign. The aim was to create a video that could be used over and over again.
