A Horse and Carriage

The Royal Mews at Buckingham Palace is responsible for all the road travel arrangements for The Queen and members of the Royal Family. This is where you will find historic royal carriages and one of the finest working stables in existence. Members of the Royal Family from Queen Elizabeth II to the Duchess of Sussex have taken a ride in these carriages for historic state events.

A Royal Day Out

The Royal Mews is part of The Royal Collection Trust, which is a long-standing client. The film was designed to promote the Mews as a family day out, so we also filmed kids trying out their own version of a ‘royal wave’ inside one of the carriages. We used text to drive the narrative and interspersed archive footage from royal events through history including the Queen’s Coronation from 1953.
